Privacy Policy
Last updated: May 2026
1. Introduction
MyoBot AI ("we", "us", or "our") is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your data when you use our platform at myobotai.com (the "Service").
By using the Service, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Service.
2. Information We Collect
Account Information: Name, email address, and password (hashed) when you register. If you sign in with Google or Facebook, we receive your name, email, and profile photo from those providers.
Workspace Data: AI agents, knowledge base documents, conversation histories, workflow configurations, and other content you create within the platform.
Usage Data: Token usage, feature interactions, login timestamps, and browser/device information collected automatically to operate and improve the Service.
Payment Information: Billing is handled by Stripe. We do not store payment card details — Stripe processes and stores all payment information under their own privacy policy.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To provide, operate, and improve the Service
- To authenticate your identity and manage your account
- To process payments and manage your subscription
- To send transactional emails (account verification, password reset, billing)
- To monitor usage and enforce plan limits
- To respond to support requests and inquiries
- To comply with legal obligations
We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
4. AI and Your Data
When you interact with AI agents on the platform, your messages and uploaded documents may be sent to third-party AI providers (such as Anthropic, OpenAI, or Google) to generate responses. These providers process data under their own terms and privacy policies.
If you use Bring Your Own Key (BYOK), your API key is encrypted at rest. Requests go directly to the AI provider using your key — we do not log or retain the content of those requests beyond what is stored in your conversation history.
5. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored on secure servers. We use industry-standard encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. Uploaded files are stored in object storage (MinIO) with access controlled by time-limited signed URLs.
Despite our measures, no system is completely secure. We encourage you to use a strong, unique password and to contact us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
6. Cookies and Tracking
We use minimal cookies strictly necessary to operate the Service (authentication tokens stored in localStorage). We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking. We may use lightweight analytics to understand aggregate usage patterns.
7. Third-Party Services
The Service integrates with third-party platforms including Stripe (payments), Google and Facebook (OAuth login), and AI model providers. Your use of those features is also governed by the respective providers' privacy policies.
8. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, .
You can delete your account at any time from Settings. Deleted account data is permanently removed within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or billing purposes.
9. Children's Privacy
The Service is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or by a notice on the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
