What data we collect via Facebook Login

When you connect your Facebook account or Facebook Page to MyOBot AI, we store the following information:

  • Facebook Page name and Page ID
  • Page Access Token (used to send and receive messages on your behalf)
  • Instagram Business Account ID and username (if connected)
  • WhatsApp Business Account ID and phone number ID (if connected)
  • Conversation history from messages sent through connected channels

How to request deletion

You can delete your data at any time by either:

  1. From within the app — go to your workspace Settings and delete your workspace. This removes all associated data including channels, conversations, and connected account tokens.
  2. By contacting us — with your account email and we will process your deletion request within 30 days.

What happens after a request

  • We will process your request within 30 days
  • All stored tokens, channel configurations, and conversation history will be permanently deleted
  • You will receive a confirmation once deletion is complete
  • This action cannot be undone
